A retractable mechanism, when the door is opening, fully retracts inside the garage. This mechanism is ideal for electric automation.
Retractable doors require less maintenance than a canopy system because of the Nylon Bushes and Steel Springs used in the mechanism.
Because of the pivot points and the Steel Lifting arms, this style of Garage Door cannot be forced open from the bottom when the locks are engaged.
